Alabama workers' comp calculator

Alabama pays 66⅔% of your average weekly wage. For injuries on or after July 1, 2026 the maximum is $1,219 a week and the minimum $335, or your actual wage if lower. Injuries from July 2025 through June 2026 use $1,172 and $322.

There is a three-day waiting period, and those three days are paid back only if you are out more than 21 days. Partial disability pays two-thirds of the wage difference for up to 300 weeks.
