Pennsylvania workers' comp calculator

Pennsylvania does not use a single percentage. Its 2026 table, based on a statewide average weekly wage of $1,394, has four bands: wages above $2,091 get the $1,394 maximum, wages from $1,045.51 to $2,091 get two-thirds, wages from $774.44 to $1,045.50 get a flat $697, and wages of $774.43 or less get 90%.

The first seven days are paid only if the disability lasts 14 days or more. Partial disability pays two-thirds of the wage difference for up to 500 weeks. Enter your average weekly wage and the calculator places you in the right band.
